All services, maintenance and property management continue to be controlled by the managing agent, HML Hawksworth. Any property management issues should be raised with them or the on-site porters. Please contact the Property Manager, Simon Oliver or the Estate Manager, Kevin Ryan.
The Avenue Leaseholders Association (ALA) continues to manage service charge budgets and reserve funds. There are no proposals to change this process and Beaudream has full confidence in the management abilities of both the ALA and HML Hawksworth. We are happy to provide help and assistance if requested but have no wish to interfere.
Beaudream’s intention is to work closely with the ALA and managing agents to ensure that the buildings continue to be kept in good order, with mechanical and electrical improvements made where necessary.
