Abbey Property has over twenty years’ experience in refurbishment, design and management of 18th to 20th Century buildings. Abbey has worked on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings as well as those in conservation areas, including the conversion of Grade 1 listed Georgian mansion Peper Harow House and a Victorian villa in the Boltons, SW10.
The team at Abbey has more than forty years’ experience in the design and restoration of historic buildings, combining a deep understanding of construction with fine art and history. Their projects incorporate sensitive design into alterations or adoptions to substantially improve the property in the long term and for future generations.
McLaren Group is a leading UK property firm, with expertise in commercial, residential and mixed-use investments. The group has won numerous awards and is recognised for quality management and environmental best practice. McLaren has a strong track record in residential property, with a number of recent residential investments in Central and West London.
Beaudream’s intention for Fitzgeorge and Fitzjames Avenue is to draw on the combined expertise of Abbey and McLaren to make sensitive improvements to the property and improve the level of services and management which will, in turn, increase the underlying capital value for both leaseholders and freeholder.
